Hey all... My name's Anna Zylstra. I'm 18 and I live in Munster, IN but I go to school in Illinois. (Illiana) I love the French horn and everything about it. I've been playing for more than 7 years now. You'll prolly find me going at it in the Wind Ensemble, Pit Orchestra, and both quintets at my school. I'm totally pumped to study music education at AU. Basically, I'm in love with music! I also like watching basketball and volleyball at my school, and I absolutely love watching the Bears play in the NFL. Fajitas are officially my favorite food and green is by far the best color ever. My favorite shows are Friday Night Lights, American Idol, Psych, and the Office. I have a cat named Josie, and 2 siblings and I currently don't have a job :( I'm super excited about school next year and I can't wait to get to know everyone!

We actually don't go to the same church but she lives just around the corner from me and I've gone to school with her son Mitch forever!! haha How are you doing? I actually considered doing a music major for a while - I play the trumpet :) But I'm actually headed to the english department so I can teach english in a high school! Have you filled out any kind of housing stuff yet? What dorm do you want to be in next year?

Ole Miss is the University of Mississippi--one of the state schools---"harvard of the south"... but yeah, don't feel bad for not knowing it haha..

musical? yes! definitely.. i play bass and guitar (used to play the flute).. but i mostly sing--love love love to sing and perform :).... and i write too so its all good!
