Hi there! My name is Sarah Elizabeth Garringer. I've lived in the same old house out in the country in Jay County, Indiana all my life, and I love it! (Despite the fact that cornfields can get a bit monotonous)
I have a deep passion for the performing arts. I love to act, sing, and lately I've discovered a love for dance (although I can't say I'm any good at it, I've only had a few hip hop lessons, it's just fun! ^,^) I don't really play any instruments. I can kinda plink around on the piano. Mostly I play by ear. But I would love to learn how to play guitar, so you guitarists out there should teach me!
Music is basically my life. I love everything about it and I love listening to all genres. And I mean ALL of them :) I can't even begin to name my favorite songs and artists.
I probably sing more than I actually breathe.
I love to take walks in the rain and sit out on my porch and watch thunderstorms.
Probably one of the best adjectives to describe me would be artsy. I love scrapbooking. I am not happy unless my creativity can be allowed to flow. I like to think outside the box, and you can often find me covered in paint, pastels, or clay. It happens.
I am fond of leaf piles and mint chip ice cream.
Sports...I'm pretty awful at them for the most part these days lol :) I sort of gave them up for the performing arts, because theatre and choir basically control my life, but I still love watching and playing with my friends in my free time. Basketball is probably my fav.
I do love to write.
My favorite food is watermelon. Random, I know lol, but I love that stuff
I'm extremely spontaneous. A world without spontaneity would be an extremely boring place, so I am constantly doing things on a whim. (Sarah's Motto: Plans are a waste of time. They always get changed anyways.)
I am not quite sure where God wants me to go in life at this point, but I'm super stoked to find out!
I am not very good at skipping rocks.
I am extremely cheerful & optimistic and am usually goofing off and having fun, but when I feel I need to be, I am very serious and down to earth.
I'm a very outgoing person and I love meeting new people and making new friends, so talk to me!
~Random Fact: Oscar Mayer was my great great uncle. Seriously. The hot dog guy. Wow.
